Looking for Screen Capture software.

Morning All,

I am looking for an application that will allow me to take a screen capture of my desktop with a software DVD player paused on a particular scene, and not reduce the resolution of the paused image. I have been using WinDVD and PowerDVD, but their internal image-capture features reduce the resolution dramatically and do not represent what is actually seen on my Windows desktop. Other screen caputre programs do not seem to be able to caputre the actual video content, paused or otherwise. Any ideas?
