Looking for recommendations for QUIET fans and QUIET power

Howdy,
Have a Tornado 1000 and decide that I really want something quieter. Any recommendations for:
1. A quiet case
2. Quiet case fans
3. Quiet power supply (300w+)

Already know about the Silverado CPU fan.

For power supply go for an enermax whisper and for fans get some panaflo L1A.

I will have to second the recommendation on the Panaflo L1A fans!!! They are excellent!!!!

I have 3 120mm L1A in my case it it is quieter than my old case with 2-80mm and 1-120mm.

Just one more recommendation for the Panaflo L1As. Several online stores popular around here carry them. I myself, have had good experiences with TeamAwe and 2CoolTek.
