looking for proxy software to use at home

basically, the problem is that I have two computers, and need to get the both online. Both are wireless and the second one is just out of reach of the AP. Basically what I want to do is to connect the second computer to the first computer, by means of using a proxy server, and then getting online.

Is this possible?

P.S.: I have two wireless NICs installed on the first PC and one wireless NIC on the second one.
