Looking for PCiExpress 16 Video card for gaming

Windows 7 is friendly even on much older hardware than the OPs and is a lot more secure, I would make the switch.

I have XP installed on another partition (dual boot) but I havent used it for nearly a year now.

My main concerns are games like Baldur's Gate (series) and one or two other select games. I did some research and found that most will run on Win7 with some minor modifications.

Now, can anyone recommend a Monitor to go with my "New" configuration? Just kidding (sort of).

The hacks for installing DX10 and beyond into XP are pure snake oil.

I had Vista & now Win7 running on P4 & P3 systems without issue. Win7 is a seriously good upgrade.
