Looking for older 240-Pin DDR3 ram

Is there a site that sells older units?

I need one for an old build that I'm trying to max out on and can't justify paying $160 brand new.

Are you talking about DIMMs (desktop), or SO-DIMMs (laptop)? Plenty of places still sell DDR3. I don't get what problem you have.

Edit: Are you asking, what dealers stock used DDR3? Check Ebay, Craigslist, etc.

Do you mean DDR2? Because DDR2 also had a 240 pin package.
