all the pot smokers and stuff have well i have had a request for a red one and i dont want to mess with colors on ps so... ive seen them but need link

open up photoshop and change the color balance to color levels: +100, -100 and -100 in order.

or hue/saturation to 360 in hue, 100 in saturation and 0 in lightness.

edit: with colorize checked in.

this one gives the best results.

this one goes under image>adjustments.
