Looking for music along the lines of Prodigy...

Every time someone recommends trance, dance, electronica, techno, or whatever it sucks, and usually has some high pitched girl in the backround singing about love or whatever. No sir, I dont want none of that, just some hard kicks along the lines of Prodigy...suggestions?😀

Yeah... look into any genre of techno that isn't trance. Thats where you get the vocals most times. If you want hard kicks look into some drum & bass, hard house, or if you're feeling spunky look into industrial

One good resource is to check the various genres under "electronica" on mp3.com. While there aren't any "major" artists there, there is some very, very good music available free for download or for streaming. You can also get a feel for what appeals to you.

<< Any names? Im looking on amazon and never heard of any of these people🙂 >>

Carl Cox, Dieselboy, John Tab, DJ Rap, Paul Oakenfold (he has the women singing in some of his tracks, but he's one of the BEST DJ's out there... if you liked the movie Swordfish he did the entire soundtrack), Charles Feelgood, Scott Henry... ummm thats all I can think of off the top of my head.

Oh, I forgot, Prodigy is more mainstream, you could always check out the other mainstreamers: the Chemical Brothers, or the Crystal Method

Prodigy are sorta unique, and there arent alot of artists that sound just like them (especially underground ones like GrandCows suggestions, they have that "Big Beat" sound that got very popular and therefore almost every good artist in that genre has become mainstream) ) but here's a few more suggestions. I'm sure you've heard a few of them...

Leftfield
Fatboy Slim
Propellerheads
Dub Pistols
Moby
DeeJay Punk-Roc
DJ Shadow
Bentley Rhythm Ace
Wagon Christ
Junkie XL
Freestylers
