Upgraded main machine so I am looking for a cheap board to put my old 6600K into a living room PC. Looks like all the 300 series boards do not support anything older than 8th gen. Would not like to pay an arm and a leg for an older 100 series board. Do I have any other options for something under 100?

Or maybe someone knows of a very tiny matx case?

I just migrated my gaming PC over to a mini ITX case and used a Gigabyte GA-H110-D3A to get some more life out of my i5-6600k. It supports 6th and 7th gen CPUs. It doesn't support overclocking, but it's a solid board and you can find them for under $100.

Look at the ASRock B150M-HDS at Newegg, it’s called a micro ATX but it’s a mini ITX with another pcie slot. So if your itx case has two or more expansion slots it should fit.

And it’s cheap.
