Looking for microATX and ATX template

Howdy,

I'm looking for the templates indicated above. I would like to print these out to check for compatibilty with a couple of old cases I have laying around. Anybody know where I can find these? If not, is there a published document somewhere that has all of the dimension so I can make my own?
