ronnuke - Did you ever get that system put together? Curious what FSB the memory would take.

I can confirm that the Thermalright SLK-900U is a TIGHT fit. One side of the heatsink is right next to the plastic OTES shroud, but I could slide a piece of paper between the heaksink and shroud, so the heatsink is sitting tight on the CPU. I am trying out OCZ 3700 Gold on the system, leaning towards tighter timings and a lower than max FSB. I just got the system together yesterday and am running 250 MHz FSB with 2.5-4-4-7. I haven't tried to see what the max FSB is with this set up. It's not going to be 295 MHz, but I'm happy :).

I just bought an Abit IC7-MAX3, 2.4C, and Geil Ultra Plat PC4200 1gb matched.

Just finished 3.0 ghz Prime95-for-24hrs-blend-torture certifying on 1.625v core, 2.9v mem, 1.65v AGP (Sapphire 9500 softmod 9700).

This weekend will push it.

I'll also get in another 1gb of OCZ copper PC4000 to push that to the max, too, and will let you guys know how I do.
