One side of the heatsink is right next to the plastic OTES shroud, but I could slide a piece of paper between the heaksink and shroud, so the heatsink is sitting tight on the CPU. I am trying out OCZ 3700 Gold on the system, leaning towards tighter timings and a lower than max FSB. I just got the system together yesterday and am running 250 MHz FSB with 2.5-4-4-7. I haven't tried to see what the max FSB is with this set up. It's not going to be 295 MHz, but I'm happy.
