Looking for low profile HS/ F...any ideas?

I am putting together a mini PC...one of those SV25 boxes. The heat sink that came with the celeron is preventing the case to close. It is hitting the side. Also, it sits to high to slide a PCI card in.

Anyone have an ideas?

just really looking for a low profile cooler/fan and it has to have a small footprint...

Can you simply use a hacksaw to trim down the stock heatsink?

Otherwise, if you need a respectable heatsink that isn't wide, you might buy the Alpha PAL6035 that's for sale in the FS/T Forum here. It's about the same size as the CPU itself, and stands about 70mm tall with a 25mm-thick 60x60 fan on it. Very fine construction, suitable for cooling any Socket370 CPU.

KDcomputers sell a taisol model that has served me well, several times. Not as small as the 1u low profile coolers, but it should work well in your application, from the pics, anyway.
