Looking for Lead Tracking / CRM software

I've been asked to look for a new lead tracking / CRM software solution for the company I work for. We're currently using Deltek Vision, but it doesn't integrate well with Outlook and doesn't support mobile devices yet. We've recently tested Microsoft CRM and ACT! by Sage Software. MS CRM was way too cumbersome for our users and had too many components like financial integration that we don't need. ACT is more of a contact manager and not a lead tracking / CRM solution.

Does anyone have any suggestions what we should look at next?

This is up my alley - project manager for the last 2 years - and current sys admin.

Pivotal CRM is probably the best, most fully featured CRM software around - Leads, Opportunities, Mobile support - your sales team can work fully offline, then sync up when they get back on your network.

It has a module called "OSM" , or Outlook Sync Manager, as well.
