Looking for Laptop Service help

I have a Dell Inspiron 5160 with a bummed out DC plug in on the laptop. All it needs is to be soldered and will work once again. I am not able to do this so was wondering if anyone on here was handy and capable of doing this job. I would pay for S&H to and from me as well as funds for the job as well.
I don't want to scrap the machine since it is still a decent machine but also don't want to spend millions to repair as well.

I am located in Canada as well.
