Looking For Internet Voice Communication Software

A number of years ago a company called hearme.com had a wonderful free voice application that they allowed you to include on your own Web site. It allowed anyone who accessed the site to communicate with you in a perfect clear no delay-lagging voice using 56k modems. It was great. I managed to speak without cost, somtimes for hours, to friends in New York, Florida, Germany and Hong Kong. The problem is the company went out of business.

Does anyone know of some good voice applications like that or other ways to communicate long distance for free.

Sure, there are lots. MS Game Voice... MSN Messengers has that too. Yahoo has it built into their IM as well. Then there are software like Netmeeting and Dialpad (i think computer to computer is still free).

Doesn't MSN Messenger use NetMeeting?

Anyhoo, other good free voice comm proggies are:
TeamSound
TeamSpeak
Ventrilo
