Looking for input on new rig.

I have moved and did not take my desktop with me so I found this to be the perfect chance to build a new PC. My current parts are:

CPU: Phenom II 955 BE 3.2ghz
Mobo: M4A79 Deluxe
GPU: HD4850X2
PSU: seventeam 750w
RAM: 4gb OCZ 1066
HDD:N/A
CD/DVD/Bluray Drives: N/A
Case:garbage

I have not decided on what hard drive to get yet. I usually get WD drives, and for CD drives.... I think I'm just gonna get the cheapest one. I want to OC this rig eventually, though before that I would like to get a water cooling system set up, and was wondering if anyone could suggest some good combinations of radiators/pumps/block for what I have. Also I plan on getting 4gb more ram ordered, though I read w/ my cpu with 2 DIMM channels occupied the ram only runs at 800 MHz and was wondering how much/if that changes anything.

It's obviously you're someone that values performance over other minor issues.
Not like these others noobs that sacrafice performance to save a dime.

For HDs, I'd got with the Samsung 256GB SSD for your OS & apps and a 1TB WD "Black" for your storage needs.

 
You'll want to post this in the Cases & Cooling section for your h20 questions. Make sure you post a budget for how much you think you'd like to spend.

ah, good idea about a SSD. Didn't even think about those since they came out between my gap of technology.

I would also like to ask if my motherboard was the best choice? I just saw a -T version of mine that supports DDR3 =\ and im sort of mad I did not see it before. What kind of performance margin is there between the two?
