Maybe some kind of backpack cooler/bag could work? Insulated and kept indoors when not in use and between deliveries, so when you put a hot pizza in the pizza bag and put the bag in the backpack, it basically has a lot of thermal mass that is at room temp. It will slow down heat loss from the pizza itself. Downside of that is it will see way more movement so might be tricky to ensure pizzas are not shifted all over inside their box by the time you get them to their destination.

I would consider maybe getting a sit down scooter and an insulated box in the back as that might make options a little better. But I imagine this is just a side gig so probably not worth spending thousands on this.

that is his backpack...

maybe add a pizza stone in the middle of the rack. put stone in oven to heat up while you cook your pizzas. Load stone in bag, but finding a square one that is the exact LW dimension would be a challenge.

Super dangerous to ride the death scooter with something that can catch the wind on your back lol

Welp, no surprise but the backpack is HEAVY on my back. I used it yesterday and my back felt it for an hour after. And I only did 2 short runs with it. I'm gonna have some strong ass shoulder and back muscles by the end of summer lol. The insulation's really good, I pulled my 1st customer's pizza out, which had been in it for about 30 minutes and the box was noticeably warm and we opened to check and the pizza was still burn the roof of your mouth hot.

Sounds like no changes needed then, probably? Of course, the last pie will have been in there the longest, and won't have the benefit of the other pies in there helping keep it warm...

I don't think you'll make enough to cover physio

Physical Therapy? BAAAH! This is 'Merica that's what addition to painkillers is for. Now buying Norco's from a drug dealer to support a habit will probably be more than I'll make doing this

hummm...

How are people ordering your pizza? Are you running a ghost kitchen?

Is the $/hour worth it you find? Feels like it takes a lot of time investment.

When gold goes up, you don't go dig for it, you start selling pick axes.

Start selling narcos to everyone else getting into the delivery business. :p
