I have been looking around for ATX HTPC case. However, seems like every case I have found so far has few problems.

Right on the top my list is the SilverStone LC17 and Lian-Li PCV880. SilverStone LC17 seems to better version of LC10. However, from a Review I heard it has sharp edges and also is fairly audible.

As for the Lian-Li PCV880 it seems to have been discontinued A few shops still have. It worries it might been discontinued due some possible problem? Also, the PSU is located very usually in the front of case with power cable extender going from the back to the front.

I am currently still looking for good HTPC case (prefer something with 2 optical drives bays if possible). Also, I absolutely want case has optical drives hidden without a door. It kind of annoying to have open a door to get to optical drives in a HTPC situation. Any suggestions?

The Cooler Master Cavalier 4 (CAV-T04) can still be found out there SVC.com is blowing out the black version for $55 plus shipping. It's main drawback is the PSU is a bit smaller than a standard ATX so hard to find replacement or upgrade. Or the NZXT Duet might be something you could use or an nMedia (div. of Enermax) case might do. Newegg's case specifier has a category for ATX HTPC too but odds are you won't see all they have as their descriptions are woefully inconsistent (JIC you hadn't noticed)... And Thermaltake has some that would be worth a look - see a fair selection while you're checking out the CAV-4 at SVC.
