OP,
. The Kingwin 424 series is always on my short list and it can handle the listed items with no problem. ZZF has been showing the best selection of them and at decent prices. Computergate.com has also had some models of Beantech and Victor that are pretty much the same case as the Kingwin but with varying levels of extra features.

Most Sunbeam fan controllers taka a 5" bay.

Lian Li PC-V2100 is very nice...Why so expensive! What justifies thier higher price?

Can you guys tell me if i should be looking for a mid or full tower!

Thermaltake Tsunami Dream, but be warned that screwless cases and shallow fan controllers do not play nice together. Also, if your Sunbeam has knobs (some do, some don't), then closing the case door is another issue to worry about. My Tsunami Dream door will not close over my Zalman controller. Hardcano installation pending...

I had that issue on a few things. I ended up modding the drive rails, so that the screws sat just a tad bit farther back, and it installs a bit deeper. Works very well. :)

Yes, your stuff will easily fit a mid-tower case - the Antec SLK3000-B or the Compucase 6A19 would be more than adequate but I got the impression you wanted something a bit fancier...
