Looking For Help From a T-Mobile Customer

Hi, I have a relative from overseas that brought a T-Mobile branded phone with her. I am wondering if there is a T-Mobile customer that could contact T-Mobile to get the unlock code for this phone.

If anybody could help me that could greatly appreciated.

put a unaccepted simcard and power on the phone.......

Now the phone says [ invalid simcard]


now put this code in to the phone

now the phone says personalisation cancelled

Thanks a lot for your help. I tried this and it didn't work. It still says SIM locked.
