Looking for Group Calendar Software

I am working with a small company (15 users) who current are using outlook with a pop mail provider quite happily but would like some software package that will let them share their calendars.I know that I can get all of this setup on Exhcange, but Im looking for something less expensive. I would consider freeware\cheapware or opensource software for either Windows of Linux if necessary. LEt me know what you guys use!!!

Is it possibile to move messages into another forum?? I suspect I might have more directions to follow from the networking forum
