Looking for Great 120mm fan with Great CFM

I need something that will fit on the top of an XP-120 and is good for overclocking. Secondly, I'd like to measure the RPM so it needs three wires.

I'm using an Aerocool Gatewatch fan monitoring/control panel.

The JMC Datech fan from http://www.bgmicro.com isn't bad but you'll need to mod the connector.
