Looking for good Scheduling Software

I'm setting up some volunteering shifts, however I have around 125 volunteers so it'd be far easier if I could use some software to set them up.

It needs to be able for me to put hourly times into the system and link (or at least somehow show linkage) of any two volunteers whose times match reasonably well.

Any help is appreciated and thanks!
