Looking for good HTML/PHP/JS/etc. tutorials

I just completed a few tutorials that supposedly covered everything from HTML 1.0 to 3.2. I'm looking to learn more. I'd like to cover all sorts of stuff, CGI scripting, JavaScript, style sheets, PHP, but I don't know where to start. Are there any top-notch tutorials out there that can get me started on these? Thanks
 
First of all, you'll want to learn better than HTML 3.2. Books are a good way to learn too....myself, I just started out with the sh!tty personal homepages and learned everything as I went along in the past few years. If you want to learn everything fairly quickly I recommend you pick up some books.
