Looking for good, cheap chipset/video cooler/HSF

I have a couple of video cards that need fans and the chipset fan on my Abit KT7 is starting to make some noise. I've looked at a few stores online and haven't found the vantec chipset fans, which I've heard are the best. I have a BlueOrb but the bottom of it isn't even FLAT!

Does anyone know where I can buy Vantec chipset HSFs?
