I'm trying to find a good solution for work, for our small team to handle bugs. It would be nice if non-technical people could easily report bugs, and then the development team could assign the tickets to the proper developers, add notes, mark the bugs are on-hold, resolved, etc., that whole business. I think bugzilla is probably way overkill for what we need. I'm open to any web based solutions that run on Windows or Linux (but I have had some major headaches getting apache/php/mysql running perfectly together..argh).

Thanks!

Request Tracker looks cool.

Drakkon: SBS 2003? As in, Windows Small Business Server? Hmm.. lemme guess, licensing costs an arm and a leg..
