Looking for GOOD backup software

I'm running WinXP Pro and currently use the backup software that comes with it.. it works pretty well, except there are a few things it lacks that I'd REALLY like to have:

1) I have an incremenetal backup that fires every 3 days. The problem is when I want to see what files were backed up in the incremenental backup. I have to explore through every single folder to see what was backed up. It would be nice to just see a list of what was backed up.

2) Let's say I want to restore a file that was deleted. It would be nice for the backup app to let me select the file, then it would show different versions backed up (dates & file sizes), and allow me to choose which one.

I'm looking for more heavy functionality than just a basic "back it up, restore it" type program like the backup app that comes w/ WinXP.

Thanks! And don't recommend Veritas Backup MyPC.. it's the same as the WinXP backup app, pretty much..
 
Yes, I agree, Dantz Retrospect is amazing for the price. First thing I've seen to throw Veritas off it's lofty throne.
