Looking for good 1GB memory module

Im looking for a 1GB stick of ddr 400 with good timings. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the following modules.

Gigram GR1DD8T-1GB/433/2.0

Patriot PEP1G3200LL

G.SKILL F1-3200BIU1-1GBHX

OCZ Titanium 1GB OCZ4001024ELTE

These are all suppose to run at cl2 @ ddr400, but my question is do they run at 1t @ 400.

Well it's not really the memory modules that control weather it will run at DDR400 1T, it's your memory controller. 2 sticks should run at DDR400 1T no problem, it's 4 sticks where you'll be forced to 2T, and if you have a winny or older, then DDR333 as well.

As a matter of fact, Anandtech just ran an article on the new 1GB dimms. I regret to say I have no personal experience.
I'd like to hold out as long as possible with 2x512MB.

Price wise, yes AT recommends 2 X 512 MB but price aside I recommend 1 GB sticks. Those OCZ Titanium looks very good!

How about this OCZ Platinum RAM? I believe OCZ titanium is more for non-OC'ing business areas, and has some kind of quick replacement time in case of failure.

The platinum is still rated 2-3-2-5 for the 2Gig pack.

Edit: Oh, and I have this RAM and they should run 1T with no problems.
