if you're considering headphones (versus a unit that combines headphones and a mic), try this place
HeadRoom. they have quite a selection along with good descriptions. HeadRoom is pretty hardcore about headphones and they know what they're talking about, so you'll get some good info along with decent prices.
main issue will be your preferences: do you like loud phones, sensitive phones, prefer highs to lows, full over the ear versus pads, ect..
best thing you can do is go to a couple stereo stores and test phones (bring along your own music so that you know what the sound is supposed to be like). I do a serious amount of listening and gaming; currently I'm using a set of Beyerdynamic DT 250's along with a headphone amp. This setup is more expensive then what you have listed, but there are many options at HeadRoom. Bad thing about good headphones; once you've heard what good units really sound like, it's really really hard to settle for anything less. Several of my office mates are addicted to my phones and are very displeased at how poor their music sounds when they have to use their old phones.
have fun
