Looking for freeware utility to make window stay on top?

I had Windowblinds for awhile -- too long, probably -- and while I'm happy to have a cleaner, faster running system I miss being able to make any window stay on top.

Is there a freeware utility that does this? Maybe something that puts a little icon in the title bar or something?

Do you have a nVivida video card? Their drivers come with an option you can turn on so you can right click on windows and make them always stay on top.

Unfortunately, I have the ATI x1900 XTX. Not so unfortunate, great card, but I don't have that option, I guess....

That is a cool app - not free though....
I guess there's no freeware that makes window stay on top?
