Looking for free Caller ID software for computer

Just recently we've been having too many spam callers so we decided to get caller ID. All our phones have caller ID LCD screen except for one of them - the office phone. The phone is connected to the internet all day so I was wondering if there's a software that'll tells me who's calling and the telephone number. Any such freeware exist?

I don't know if my modem supports Caller ID - does most typical modem has that feature? It's manufactured by Broadband Corp. - BCM V.92 56k Modem.

i had to google for mine, finally finding some site that gave me an initialization string for my modem, so look out for that too.
