looking for file copy software

I'm not talking about a drive image program, I'm talking about software that can copy files in use to another drive. I've tried "Total Copy," but it doesn't come through for me every time
I need something that will work in windows, not something like erd commander.
Any body have any ideas?
 
you might want to consider investing in a Hard Drive Duplicator since it sounds like you do this quite often...
they run at about a couple hundred dollars...nifty little devices 🙂
