Two positions opening up at company, people would be under me so i get to create their job descriptions. Funny thing is I already do both of these jobs with the relevent experience 
so I don't think its too much to ask but just wanted the input from those of you out there in the field. The just of it is needing a person that can do tech support and server administraration and another that can program applications in flash and java.
Tech Support
?Advanced knowledge in Word/Outlook 2003
?Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint/Excel
?Windows Server 2003 SBS Administration experience/training
?Exchange Server 2003 Administration experience/training
?VPN setup and maintenance experience
?Basic Router setup and maintenance
?Network Administration (DHCP, Active Directory, TCP/IP configuration)
?Database Administration (setup, configuration, backup) Oracle knowledgable preferred
Application Developer
?2-3 years experience in Flash MX/MX2004 and ActionScript
?3-4 years development in at least 2 object oriented programming languages:
Java, C++, .NET, ActionScript 2.0 or other OOP language
?3-4 years development in at Least 1 server side language:
PHP, JSP, Perl, ASP or other server side language
?4+ years experience in HTML,CSS knowledge along with intermediate JavaScript knowledge
?1-2 Years experience in Database Interaction
Oracle, mySQL, SQL Server, postgre preferred
