Looking for eSATA case for IDE Blu-ray burner

What's a good case that has an eSATA connection that will have an internal IDE adapter for a DVD/CD/Blu-ray drive?
 
Generally esata converts to sata inside the case. I just got this last week to hook up my external drives but found the esata connector on is not the same as standard internal sata which I use. Forttunately I picked up one of these that I'll mod into the case.
