Looking for Education In Batteries

The Battery is for my bike, A 97 Honda XR400 that has been made to be street legal.

It needs a battery because at idle, it doesn?t put out enough electricity to power the brake light, turn signals, and head light at the same time.

I believe the Head Light is about 35 watts, tail/brake light is about 26 watts, not sure what the turn signals would be..20watts??

The Kit I used came with a battery, but it is time to replace it.

So, Wouldn?t a NiMh be better than a NiCad?

I am thinking of this one.

I have also found a sealed Lead Acid One, would that be better for this use?

Or should I just stay with the Original ,which looks just like the NiMh, but I guess is made with NiCad, and is $35 from the place i got the kit from???

The battery is going to have to deal with, Vibration, Heat ,Cold, and intermittant crashes 😛

I would appreciate any insight into this!

Thank's!!
