Yes, this is for a class. However, after two hours of searching Google I cannot find a single case to do a study on. I don't want an answer from you. I want to know if anyone has a link to a court case wherein the defendent was either acquitted or the intial guilty ruling overturned based upon mishandling of a hard drive. Any help would be great.
