Looking for Automatic folder Sync program

I have to format my PC like every week. I'm looking for a program that can daily sync set folders to my backup HDD such as my browser favorites, documents, settings to various games and such. I sometimes forget to back some things up so I'm looking for an auto sync so I don't need to back those things up.

Have you looked at this yet ?

MS SyncToy

I guess something I should add is I'm currently running Vista x64 SP1, that program wasn't compatible.

According to MS it does work on Vista:

In October 2006, in response to customer demand, we released SyncToy 1.4 to be compatible with Windows Vista. This version has all the features and functionality of the previous version. It requires the .NET Framework 2.0 (and takes advantage of the improvements available in the 2.0 version of the Framework) and it has been improved to run on Windows Vista.

Granted they aren't being specific in saying that it works on the 64 bit version but they aren't saying that it does not either.
