I'd like to try to find something "decent" for under $100 if possible for my 9 year old. She wants a digicam.

There were a couple digital 3mp cameras for sale at CompUSA for $129, by Olympus and HP.

Other than that, I've read of a Wal-Mart $40 digicam offering, with LCD back. Don't know anything about the specs or picture quality.
