Looking for an image upload script

Ok I am looking for a script to use fro image uploading but with categories. Basically I want people to go to www.Site.com click upload and browse for the picture they wanna upload then they pick the category it goes to and then pick a name for the image. Then they click upload. Then you can go to gallery or something pick the category you want and it shows the images there or you can search and find the image. Is there any software like this?
 
Which is better Gallery2 or coppermine? Also I want user accounts

A CMS paired with a gallery might be better so any suggestions for this?
