Especially in plat. Plat is more difficult to work with and you will pay for the priviledge of having custom plat work. But the nice thing about plat is that it's pretty much non-reactive for those who are metal sensitive (gold that is).

I would go to a jeweler and get a quote for custom work. One decent site for engagement ring jewelers is www.r8w.com ... or it used to be anyways. I've been married for a long time now so that site may have changed. It had many jewelers that would make a one-off shank (ring) for you for a price. You would just have to canvass for quotes and see who would be able to do it.
It doesn't sound hard at all. A little bit off but should be hard at all. But I wouldn't doubt it if it were to be relatively pricey because of the custom aspect. Especially in plat. They arent sensitive to the gold, they are sensitive to the other metals used in the gold alloy. Which varies from, copper, to nickel, to silver, to palladium, or any combonation of the four. Most people are sensitive to copper and nickel.

Anyone has something like this for sale or knows where I can get one?
Please let me know.

It really can't be done dude and others have explained why. I'm pretty sure your blood would boil in the high temperatures.
