One that has a lot of lake activities, like a rope swing, a blob, slides, maybe cliff diving.

I know powell has some of these things but I'd prefer somewhere else. Oh, and of course good camping. Thanks

I couldn't find anything on Tahoe about the things I mentioned, blob or slides, I saw some obscure thing on a rope swing but hardly reliable.

Sonoma and Mendocino had rope swings when I was in High School but you'll need some form of water transport to get there and you'll need to know where they are. I've always assumed that all lakes had them if you knew where to look.

Might be easier to just bring your own rope.

I've never been to a lake with slides and I have no idea what a blob is. If that's the blow up island jumpy thing you might just want to bring that yourself as well. Since when is that a lake feature? Don't people bring all these things themselves?

So, you're not really looking for a lake with these features - you're looking for a commercial site at a lake which has these features. I.e., just about ever lake around here has a dock with a slide on it. One has a 1 1/2 story garage with a slide that goes down to the lake. You could go to that lake any time you like, there's a public boat ramp. But, those "features" are private property on the lake and you're not going to be able to use them.

I am looking for a lake that has these activities, it doesnt matter to me if they are free or if I have to pay. I want my kids to be able to do those things. I am not looking for people private property, I can find that on my own.

I live on Lake Mendo and it is not at all what he's looking for. We're a small lake with some swimming and some boating. Sonoma is much the same.

And yeah, I haven't ever been to a lake this commercialized.
