Looking for a wordpress theme

Hi everyone, I'm trying to find a wordpress theme that is very similar to this website: http://constitutioncenter.org/

I have a client who is insisting on something like this with a big image across the screen with a slider underneath the big image. I've looked through quite a few but I figured I would give ATOT a shot and see if anyone on here knows of a theme similar to the reference website listed above. The layout below the fold is obviously pretty horrendous because there is way too much info, but it would be nice to start with a good template that is similar.
