Looking for a wall mount

I have a 24" HP monitor (W2408) and I'm looking for a adjustable wall mount that can move around easily.

Ideally I would want it to be able to swivel a full 180 degrees. I'm on a kind of tight budget (less than $75) so does anyone have any recommendations?
 
A 180 degree swivel? That would require a significant projection distance away from the wall - like maybe 15 inches or more for a 24 inch LCD. A 180 degree swivel would be a 90 degree turn either way.

I found only one that fits your budget.

Thanks for the suggestion corky. Was looking around the site and found this for a bit cheaper. But it doesn't look as adjustable as the one you linked.
