Looking for a vid card that can run fanless and also have dual... help?

Essentially, I am thinking about building a shuttle XPC system, but would also like to keep the noise level to a minimum. To do this, I am interested in knowing about cards that can perform well, but do so without a fan - just a heat sink. Also, I have greatly grown accustomed to a dual head display. Do you know of any such card?

My apps are the general office ones, nothing CAD-like or 3d intensive. However, I do like to play CS once in a while. Right now, I run a Matrox G400 Max (32mb, dual), and I have to play CS @ 800x600. Ideally, I would like to up the fps so I can play at 1024.

There are several Appian cards that support multi-head operation, without fans. Their Jeronimo 2000 AGP card supports 64MB of video memory, but I can't say whether it is fast enough for your gaming needs.

Radeon 9000 non-pro cards are low power enough to be fanless, and some actually are. So are some GeForce MX cards.

Do you know anyone who stocks the ati 9000 non pro? I can't find any retailers.... so far ebay is my only chance, and those are only the powercooler and sapphire versions.

I think ATI only makes the 9000 Pro's, they left the vanilla 9000's for their OEM manufacturers. Newegg has a nice selection of 9000 non pro's, but they are all 3rd party mfg cards too.

Edit: Just got done reading Anand's new review of the new Shuttle XPC AMD systems. The SN41G2 could be right up your alley, the built-in video supports dual output and is GeForce4 MX class.
