Would like your receommendations on where to purchase Thermalright XP120??

And also, what specific fan do you use with this HS? And where do you buy the fans. I am looking for absolute least noise.

Thanks for the input. I am open to a good deal; however, I could not find the XP-90 from your link?

Sorry,i guess the Hot Deal ended yesterday(it was $10 less than regular price).$39 @svc, it's still cheaper compared to newegg's price .

Try frozencpu... They even make it easier on you and list up some good/decent fans to go along with it. I'd suggest giving the Panaflo a shot, if you want something fairly silent. I'm running an enermax fan on my XP-120 at least until the Panaflo replacement arrives. At full RPM the enermax fans are NOT quiet. At low speeds, I think they might make a bit more noise than they should (motor noise). Then again, that could have been the stock case fans. Either way, the enermax fans are not a good choice if you want to make your rig silent (even when turned all the way down).

Rats. Thanks for the pointer anyway. SVC does seem to still be a good choice.

Ya don't insult thermalright that way... they are the king for the last 4 years in HS. Thermaltake is average at best.

Just making sure you don't get the wrong thing or try contacting the wrong company with questions :).

I got a thermaltake 3in1 with 3 blue leds. I glued up the heat sensor that comes with it to the bottom of the xp120 as close as possible to the processor. The fan ended working very silent (around 1600 rpm at idle and rev as high as 2200 rpm while playing games). The noise is still quite low.
Plus, if you have a side window, the fan looks great.
