Looking for a specific fan

I need three fans for a little server case that I'm fixing up. They need to be 40mm x 40mm, and 20mm thick. Each has to be at least 9 CFM, any noise level is fine. Normal 3 wire plug for 12v plus RPM monitoring. It would be helpful if the wire is only about 6 - 8 inches long since the plugs on the motherboard are really close to where the fans are installed.

I'm replacing Delta EFB0412VHD 3-wire fans. They are awesome little fans but 3 years of use has plugged them up with dust and even after cleaning they no longer run even close to their original RPM.

Here for $2. less http://www.svc.com/40x20fans.html - I'm sure if SVC sells them for that, then others do too. Worth shopping around a bit.
