I am Looking for Socket A MBD with onboard audio and VGA. (With network .. excellent)

Help me guys.

MSI's KM133 doesn't have integrated networking, but it's a solid board with integrated video (and obviously sound). uATX format, MS-6330 I believe.

Asus motherboard again no onboard network though
Gigabyte motherboard also no onboard network though
