Looking for a school

Hey! I'm lookin' to go back to school. I'm in Canada and I'm not really willing to move to the states. I love th work here at Anandtech and many other enthusiasts. I'm in no means unfamiliar to the IT scene - doing technical support for years. I can build a custom machine that goes with the best of 'em.

I've always wanted to get into chip design, or programming, or Network/system administration. I have the skills to work on the desktop end but that's about it.

Any suggestions to schools?!

Currently I'm in the northwest region of British Columbia. I just moved from the Edmonton area. I'd like it if I could do something distance learning but if I need to move I will.

Just FYI, chip design is very different from the other things you listed there, and is especially different from simply building PCs.

If you are interested in chip design, it looks like all of the big semiconductor companies recruit from the University of Waterloo.

Well if I didn't get into chip design it wouldn't be a big deal. You can't do everything in computers. But I still need schooling and experience in coding and server admin.
