Only one I can find at the moment.

I'm looking to build a budget Sempron 2600+ system. I'm gonna reuse my old AGP Card in there. He'll never need a powerful GPU, so the 16x PCI-E isn't priority.

I'm thinking the PCI-E 1x might just come in handy one day. So are there any others mobos that carry PCI-E 1X and AGP slots?

Oh, I don't care if it is mATX or ATX

That board only has a PCI-ex1 slot, which means you can't put a graphics card on it.

There are no chipset that support both AGP and PCI-e for AMD. Asrock does have a socket 939 board that support both, but it basically puts AGP on a PCI bus, making it half the speed (and has compatibility issues with some AGP cards).
