..um..no...seriously, the rent on the 2 bedroom apartment is 460 a month...i have the bigger bedroom, so i pay the other 60. the other person pays 200..and we split the utilities...im actually just looking to offset some costs...nothing more.

Well, if you're use to the metropolitan area, Richland is definitely not your cup of tea. There's not much going on there.
