looking for a reliable video card with DVI

I'm looking for a video card with DVI port and S-video port that comes WITHOUT a fan(for a quiet pc), most of the time the video card will be used for daily office work and movie playing, rarely do I play game like FIFA2006, no shooting game involved. And I do not need a new model but a reliable classic one. Which card to buy?
